Ciabatta with roast beef and goat cheese

Ingredients

2 tbsp | fresh herb butter |
40 g | lamb's lettuce |
75 g | roast beef |
100 g | Bettine natural goat's cheese |
2 tbsp | honey mustard dressing |
Preparation

- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Spread the ciabattas on top with the herb butter and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown, let cool slightly.
- Cut the ciabattas open and divide the lamb's lettuce over the bottom halves. Top with the roast beef and goat cheese and finish with the honey-mustard dressing. Place the caps on top.
