Oatmeal pancakes with avocado, mango and goat cheese balls
This delicious gluten-free recipe for oatmeal pancakes is free of refined sugars, it is quick to prepare and the end result is incredibly delicious and therefore super healthy. So don't hesitate, just make them!

1 | dash of milk |
1 | egg |
35 g | oat flour |
1 tsp. | baking powder |
1 tsp. | cinnamon |
coconut oil (or olive oil or butter) for frying | |
1/2 | mango |
1/2 | avocado |
50 g | Bettine Pearls |
Zubereitung

- Put the banana, milk and egg in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the oatmeal, baking powder and cinnamon and mix again briefly until blended.
- Now fry the pancakes in the coconut oil until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cut the mango and avocado into pieces.
- Stack the pancakes on top of each other and garnish with the mango, avocado and, as icing on the cake, the Bettine goat cheese pearls.
