Mini goat cheese mango tarts
Mango and goat cheese are a real dream couple. That's why we made these mini puff pastry tarts, so delicious and yet so simple. It's just a few simple steps and it's on the table within half an hour. Simple enough, right? Last but not least, it tastes great. And now you get the recipe. ♡

Ingredients

125 g | Bettine goat's cheese natural |
1 | sliced mango |
flour for rolling out the puff pastry | |
3 tbsp | honey |
2 tsp. | chili flakes |
1 | red onion |
1 | egg |
black pepper to taste |
Preperation

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Defrost the puff pastry.
- In a large bowl, mix the mango slices with honey and the crushed chilli flakes.
- Dust your work surface with flour. Roll out the sheets of puff pastry with the rolling pin to half a cm thickness. Cut each sheet into 4 squares.
- Place the squares slightly apart on the baking tray lined with baking paper
- Place a slice of Bettine goat cheese natural in the centre of the puff pastry square.
- Place a few slices of red onion on top of the goat cheese and cover generously with the (marinated) slices of mango. Season the tarts with black pepper. Brush the edges with the beaten egg and bake the tarts for 15 to 17 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
