Stuffed eggs with goat cheese
It may seem a bit retro, and secretly it is: stuffed eggs! But we have translated them to the here and now and made them our own style. What do you think of these eggs stuffed with goat's cheese? We have already tasted them for you they are delicious!

3 tbsp | milk |

salt and black pepper, tot taste |
Preparation

- Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes. After this, put them in cold water for about 2 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Scoop out the yolks with a spoon and put them in a bowl along with the cheese and milk.
- Blend until smooth. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper. Finely chop the parsley and add to the egg mass.
- Place the white halves on a plate. Fill them using a piping bag. You may keep some filling, which you can use as a dip and serve with bread and vegetable sticks.
- Decorate the egg halves with the sprouts.
