Crostinis with aged goat cheese and mushroom

5 tbsp | olive oil |
3 | cloves of garlic |
250 g | mushroom mix |
1 tbsp | honey |
1 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
200 g | Bettine goat's cheese naturel |
4 | sprigs of thyme |
salt and pepper to taste |
Preparation

- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the baguette into thin slices and brush both sides with 3 tbsp olive oil, spread out on a baking tray and add the garlic cloves. Fry for 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, leave the garlic cloves for 10 minutes longer.
- Tear or cut the mushrooms into pieces. Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms in it over high heat until golden brown. Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar and honey.
- Slice the goat cheese, divide the slices over the crostinis and spoon the mushrooms on top. Finish with the thyme and puffed garlic.
