Spicy hummus with roasted pumpkin and goat cheese

Enjoy autumn with our delicious recipe for Spicy Hummus with Roasted Pumpkin and Bettine Pearls. This bubbly dish is quick and easy to prepare, perfect for cosy drinks evenings or lunch. Combine sweet pumpkin with spicy harissa hummus, creamy Bettine Pearls and crunchy sesame seeds. Serve with toast or baguette for an unforgettable taste experience.

Ingredients

for 6 persons
0,5 orange pumpkin
1 tbsp ras el hanout
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups natural hummus
2 tbsp harissa
100 g Bettine Pearls
1 tbsp mixed sesame seeds
1 small bunch of basil
salt and pepper to taste
French bread or toast to go with it

Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cut into wedges. Stir the segments with the ras el hanout, garlic powder and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.  
    2. Roast the pumpkin in the oven for 25 minutes until soft and tender.
    3. Mix the hummus with the harissa. Spoon into a bowl and divide the pumpkin, pearls, sesame seeds and basil on top. Serve with toast or baguette for dipping.
