Spicy hummus with roasted pumpkin and goat cheese

Ingredients
for 6 persons0,5 | orange pumpkin |
1 tbsp | ras el hanout |
1 tsp. | garlic powder |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 cups | natural hummus |
2 tbsp | harissa |
100 g | Bettine Pearls |
1 tbsp | mixed sesame seeds |
1 | small bunch of basil |
salt and pepper to taste | |
French bread or toast to go with it |
Preparation

- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cut into wedges. Stir the segments with the ras el hanout, garlic powder and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the pumpkin in the oven for 25 minutes until soft and tender.
- Mix the hummus with the harissa. Spoon into a bowl and divide the pumpkin, pearls, sesame seeds and basil on top. Serve with toast or baguette for dipping.
