Tacos with BBQ salmon and Bettine Naturel
Delicious, a taco for lunch. Especially with a good filling... So ditch the original tacos and try this taco with bbq salmon and Bettine goat cheese. These tacos have a delicious composition because of the smoked salmon and the spicy goat cheese. Definitely worth trying!

Ingredients
for 4 persons500 g | salmon on the skin |
1 tbsp | Mexican spices |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
500 g | cherry tomatoes on the branch |
8 | mini tortillas |
150 g | beetroot julienne |
1 | coriander |
1 | lime |
100 g | Bettine Naturel |
Preparation

- Prepare the barbecue (or use a grill pan).
- Rub the salmon with the Mexican herbs and 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Rub the tomatoes and tortillas with the rest of the olive oil.
- Place the salmon in the BBQ clamp or aluminium tray. Grill for 3 minutes per side on the BBQ, creating nice grill stripes. Also place the bunches of cherry tomatoes and the tortillas on the BBQ and grill briefly with them.
- Place the tortillas on a plate and fill them with the beetroot julienne, grilled tomato and pieces of salmon. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and crumble the Bettine Naturel.
- Cut the lime into wedges and serve with the tacos.
