Spinach salad with strawberries and goat cheese

Summer has started again! That's where this lovely summer salad with sweet strawberries, Bettine goat cheese and a fresh-sweet dressing fits perfectly.

Total time 10 minutes

Ingredients

for 2 persons
Salad
100 g baby spinach
100 g strawberries
100 g Bettine pearls
1/2 cucumber
1/2 small red onion
35 g walnuts
Dressing
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey

Preparation

    1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumber and cut the red onion into half rings. Wash the strawberries, remove the crown and cut into equal slices.
    2. Divide the baby spinach between 2 plates. Divide the onion rings, cucumber, strawberries, Bettine pearls and walnuts over both salads.
    3. In a small bowl, mix the white wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and honey and drizzle over the salad.
