Spinach salad with strawberries and goat cheese
Summer has started again! That's where this lovely summer salad with sweet strawberries, Bettine goat cheese and a fresh-sweet dressing fits perfectly.

100 g | baby spinach |
100 g | strawberries |
100 g | Bettine pearls |
1/2 | cucumber |
1/2 | small red onion |
35 g | walnuts |
Dressing | |
---|---|
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | honey |
Preparation

- Wash and thinly slice the cucumber and cut the red onion into half rings. Wash the strawberries, remove the crown and cut into equal slices.
- Divide the baby spinach between 2 plates. Divide the onion rings, cucumber, strawberries, Bettine pearls and walnuts over both salads.
- In a small bowl, mix the white wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and honey and drizzle over the salad.
